Features / Browser profiles

One account. One saved browser.

A Browz profile is a complete browser of its own. Its cookies, storage, extensions and bookmarks never mix with another profile’s, and it opens exactly as you left it.

01

Everything stays with its profile.

Cookies, local storage and IndexedDB are kept per profile, along with its extensions, bookmarks and downloads folder. Stop a profile and its session is saved; start it again tomorrow and you are still signed in.

  • Storage isolated per profile
  • Sessions survive app restarts and crashes
  • A downloads folder inside each profile
02

Organised for hundreds of profiles.

Nested folders, tags, notes, a status and primary site for each profile, and pins for the ones you open every day. Search and filter across all of them, page through thousands.

  • Nested folders and colour-coded groups
  • Tags, notes, operator status and primary site
  • Search by name, tag, notes or site
03

Act on many at once.

Select profiles and start, stop, move, tag, lock, duplicate or delete them together. Assign proxies, bookmark libraries or start pages in bulk. Every bulk job is durable, so a restart does not leave it half done.

  • Bulk start, stop, move, tag and lock
  • Bulk proxy, bookmark and start-page assignment
  • Trash with restore and a retention period
04

Bring your own sessions and tools.

Paste cookies in JSON to start a profile already signed in. Load Manifest V3 extensions from a folder, ZIP or CRX file; Browz scans each one and lets you review it before it reaches a profile. Import bookmarks from Chrome.

  • Cookie import, applied at the next launch
  • Extensions reviewed before use, per-profile sets
  • Bookmark libraries from Chrome HTML
05

Archive, hand over, restore.

Export a profile as a single .browzprofile file, encrypted with a passphrase you choose, and restore it later on the same computer or another one.

  • Passphrase encryption (scrypt and AES-256-GCM)
  • One file per profile
  • Lock any profile behind its own password

How it works

Three steps to a saved session.

  1. Create

Name the profile, pick a folder and engine, and assign a proxy. Or create many at once from a CSV.

  2. Start and sign in

Start the profile and sign in to the site as normal. Nothing from your other profiles is there.

  3. Stop and come back

Stop it when you are done. Its cookies and storage are saved and waiting next time.

FAQ

About profiles.

How many profiles can I create?

Free includes 5. Pro plans include 20 or 50, and Business plans 100 to 1,000. Enterprise covers more.

Where are profiles stored?

On your computer. Profiles, cookies and sessions stay on your machine.

Can I install extensions from the Chrome Web Store?

Not directly. Add Manifest V3 extensions from a folder, a ZIP or a CRX file. Browz scans each one so you can review it before assigning it to profiles.

What happens when I delete a profile?

It moves to the trash, where you can restore it until the retention period you set runs out.
